Bring an ATV, Side X Side or dirt bike. Island Park should be warm in August, but bring warm clothes and rain gear, just in case. Bug spray is a good idea. And if you fish, defiantly bring your fishing pole and tackle. Island Park has GREAT fishing.
We have special group rides for fishermen or fishing ladies!

Lunch each day is not included with your registration. But, there will be vendors on the Rally grounds that will offer hamburgers, hot dogs, sack lunches, ice cream and more. Also available will be a no-host bar.
We are offering two "Lunch Rides" that lunch will be an additional charge.

Rally In The Pines

Marv from Eagle Rock ATV Club talked with Meg Allen, organizer of Rally in the Pines for Island Park next weekend, and if you are a current member of Eagle Rock or Upper Valley ATV, and you let her know at the registration desk, our event registration fee will be waived. Additional products and supplies will be available for purchase if you so desire. Please come up to Island Park and enjoy the riding the weekend of the 24^th thru the 26^th of August.

Bayhorse Challis--

As far as I know Allan & Susan Campbell are the only ones that went to Bayhorse.
We have not heard yet how it went but will let you know.
There was so much smoke from all the fires many off uss sstayed home.

August 17 -20 and the 25th

This weekend is Bayhorse in Challis which has a lot of rides, drawings and fun.
The 25th is the Rally in the Pines in Island Park

Black Butte Ride

August 11, the Upper Valley Club went to Montana for the Black Butte ride. there was 8 machines and 11 people and we put around  85 miles on our machines.It was a good ride, it had just rained so it wasn't to dusty, a good time had by all.

Great Western Trail Ride 7-14-2012

We had a very RAINY day today for our Great Western Trail Ride. Thats ok as the Upper Valley ATV Club just keeps going.  We had 3 groups and we divided up  and worked from Bear Gulch to the Montana line and this trail is along the old railroad tracks by Big Springs.. We did our work and got very wet but enjoyed the company.  Which was Ken Sumpter and his son , Ron Koester, booth from the Idaho Falls Eagle Rock Club, Richard Koop, Joe Mortensen, Fred Kotter, Roger and Deanna Garner, Kirbi and Amy Nelson, Allen and Susan Campbell, Larry and Marlene Edwards.  After the ride/work it quit raining and we went over to Fred's in Island Park.  We had a great barbecue  and had a lots of yummy food. We enjoyed everybodys company.  Thank you to all we appreciate all of you.

Camus Creek 2012

We had a great ride to Camus Creek yesterday, we had about 13 or 14 machines, and nobody got hurt and no accidents.

The weather was good, it was a little windy but this is Idaho. We put around 42 miles on our machines
